The AVIEK mechanical food lift (dumbwaiter) is a complete MRL (Machine Room Less) solution, designed for easy and quick installation in demanding locations, such as narrow shafts or areas without pre-existing shafts, where support can be made on the floor slabs. The mechanism features a 304 INOX chamber with shelves, maximum dimensions of 0.8×0.8m, and 304 INOX guillotine-type floor doors, ensuring long-term durability and reliability.
The solution includes all required electromechanical equipment, and the electrical panel can be installed within the shaft, saving valuable space in the store.
The lifting guide consists of a metal column with T-guides, capable of handling horizontal loads and supported every 3.2m, with the lifting motor integrated on top of the guide for increased stability and performance.
The AVIEK food lift meets the strict requirements of the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and is supplied with a Declaration of Conformity, ensuring the highest quality and safety.
