AVIEK WARRANTY

We rely on quality not only in our products, but throughout our entire process — from materials and design to production and installation — in order to offer a five-year warranty on all our products. After all, ensuring safety and reliability for our customers has always been at the top of our agenda, and we confirm this commitment in writing with our warranty.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

AVIEK guarantees that the products it offers are free from defective materials and workmanship during the warranty period, provided that the conditions outlined in the warranty terms and conditions are met. AVIEK will repair a defective part or replace it with a new one.

CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT WARRANTY

The five-year warranty applies to the owner of the machine/elevator under the following conditions. Installation and maintenance must be carried out by an AVIEK partner who regularly services the lift/elevator in accordance with applicable legislation, and all replaced parts or consumables must be genuine AVIEK parts.

OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES – WARRANTY ELIGIBILITY

The owner of the lift/elevator must ensure that maintenance is assigned to a certified service provider and must obtain written proof that the service technician follows the AVIEK maintenance procedures.
