Special low-speed lift with panoramic cabin and no shaft
At a residence in Kineta, an external four-stop Easy Lift Cabin lift was installed to provide easy access for individuals with disabilities to all floors of the home. It was mounted on a custom metal frame, designed in accordance with a civil engineer’s study for issuing a small-scale construction permit, based on Government Gazette 4520B/2018.
The cabin is fully weatherproof and externally mounted, with standard dimensions to accommodate a wheelchair user and an escort. Certified locking elevator doors were installed on each floor. The cabin includes one side with laminated safety glass (triplex), two cabin openings, and sliding doors that lock mechanically during operation. The Easy Lift Cabin is manufactured in Greece by AVIEK. It complies with the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the BS EN 81-42:2010 standard. A CE Declaration of Conformity is provided with every unit.
